4. Custom Products

Many Fly Athletics products are customized or made specifically for teams, programs, or individual customers.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving applicable designs, colors, spelling, logos, sizing information, quantities, and other order specifications before production.

Once a custom order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Colors displayed digitally may vary slightly from the appearance of physical materials or finished products due to differences in screens, materials, printing, dye lots, lighting, and manufacturing processes.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship throughout the United States and to select international destinations.

  • Shipping and delivery estimates may vary based on product type, customization, production schedules, destination, carrier delays, and other circumstances.

  • Estimated production or delivery dates are estimates unless Fly Athletics expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

  • Fly Athletics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Eligible unworn, unwashed, unused, and non-customized products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, subject to any product-specific return requirements.

Custom, personalized, decorated, made-to-order, or team products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless the product is defective or Fly Athletics made an error with the order.
